The 9th Annual Texas Primary Care Consortium (TPCC) Summit had a continued focus to improve the health of Texans through accessible, equitable, and coordinated person-centered primary care. The summit was a unique event that serves as a learning lab, collaborative gathering, and catalyst for primary care transformation in Texas.
